Our group along with City of Hope awarded Collaborative R01
Working with Dr. Christine Brown and Dr. Russell Rockne as Co-PIs, we have been awarded a five year multi-million dollar grant from the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke to examine how we can leverage interstitial fluid flow to better predict and guide CAR T cell therapy in glioblastoma. Using an in vitro-in vivo-in silico approach that spans our expertise, we will determine both underlying mechanisms for flow based cell delivery and test clinically relevant and patient-specific approaches for these promising therapies against GBM.
